I apologise for the radio silence but in a nutshell, I’ve started a new journey. I’m now working in vegan foods but still within HR / L&D / H&S.
Exciting times and a chance to support a business from the beginning of their journey and hopefully add to my own experiences.
It has sadly meant pausing my apprenticeship for a few months, but I’m not phased. It’ll give me time to generate a new consultative project … and trust me, I have many options.
First stop … educating myself on “veganism”.
I’ll be back shortly with more blogs but for now I need to focus on the “roots” of my role and the organisation – before I can appreciate the “fruits”.
